Add or Correct Family Information

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

English: To add a new family member, English Name and Gender are required. Father, Mother, Urdu Name and Notes are optional. If the Father or Mother already exists in the family database, search and select the correct person by checking the Person ID, Father, Grandfather and Mother details. If they are not in the database, you may add them as new persons, or leave the Father/Mother fields blank and continue. A new BH-P ID will be created for the new person after the submission is processed.

اردو: نئے خاندانی فرد کو شامل کرنے کے لیے انگریزی نام اور جنس درج کرنا ضروری ہے۔ والد، والدہ، اردو نام اور نوٹس اختیاری ہیں۔ اگر والد یا والدہ پہلے سے فیملی ڈیٹا بیس میں موجود ہوں تو ان کا نام سرچ کریں اور Person ID، والد، دادا اور والدہ کی تفصیل دیکھ کر درست شخص منتخب کریں۔ اگر وہ ڈیٹا بیس میں موجود نہ ہوں تو آپ انہیں نئے فرد کے طور پر شامل کر سکتے ہیں، یا والد/والدہ کے خانے خالی چھوڑ کر بھی آگے بڑھ سکتے ہیں۔ جمع کی گئی معلومات پراسیس ہونے کے بعد نئے فرد کے لیے نیا BH-P ID بنایا جائے گا۔
